Montenegro Institute Criticizes Lack of Public Debate on Constitutional Amendments

The Institute Alternative (IA) in Montenegro stated that there was no substantive public debate on the proposed constitutional amendments. The IA president criticized the lack of explanation for the proposed changes to the Judicial and Prosecutorial Councils.
