Montenegro Expands Anti-Corruption Agency Powers
The Montenegrin government has adopted a draft law to amend the Law on Prevention of Corruption, significantly expanding the powers of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption (ASK) to access bank accounts and investigate asset origins of public officials.
