Montenegro Constitutional Court Meets Council of Europe Co-Rapporteur

The head of Montenegro's Constitutional Court, Snežana Armenko, and judges met with Liliana Tangi, co-rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, to discuss the court's work and the conditions for closing Chapters 23 and 24 in EU accession talks.
