Montenegro Aims to Join EU by 2028, Ending Enlargement Stagnation

Montenegro has a realistic chance to become the 28th member of the European Union by 2028, potentially ending a two-decade-long stagnation in enlargement for the wider region. This was stated by Amer Kapetanović, Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC).
