Montenegro Advances Towards EU Membership with Closed Chapters

Montenegro is progressing in its EU accession negotiations, with Parliament Speaker Andrija Mandić announcing 30 days of debate on constitutional changes aimed at EU entry. The country is set to close two more chapters (29 – Customs Union and 8 – Competition), bringing the total to 18 out of 33 closed chapters, marking a significant step towards EU membership.
