Montenegrin President Returns Law on Petrovićs to Parliament, Citing Unconstitutional Precedent
Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović has returned the Law on Petrovićs to the Parliament, stating that granting Kruševac Castle into private ownership would create an unconstitutional and unlawful precedent. He warned it could open the door for similar claims on state property by descendants of other dynasties.
