Montenegrin Company Builds Beach Without Planning Documentation

The company 'Carine' is reportedly constructing a beach, converting cadastral plots into a large concrete-gravel area of 14,900 square meters, without a basis in the Spatial Plan for the Coastal Area of Montenegro.
