Montenegrin Citizens Allege Torture by Kosovo Police
Montenegrin citizens claim they were subjected to psychological and physical torture by Kosovo police in Gračanica and Gazimestan, stating they were unlawfully detained and abused. The NSD has called on the international community to protect Montenegrin nationals.
