Montenegrin Citizen Denied Access to Home for Years

Montenegro's Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms found that a citizen from Nikšić was denied effective protection of his right to unhindered access to his residential property for years, with Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) and other institutions failing to act.
