Suché květy na první pohled podobné těm, které spálí mráz. Tak se v meruňkových nebo třešňových sadech projevuje nákaza moniliovou spálou. Po jarních mrazech je pro sadaře toto houbové onemocnění druhým největším strašákem. Proti nákaze se dá bránit postřiky, ochrana ale není stoprocentní.
