Moldova Considers Banning Fireworks Near Residential Areas
Moldova's Ministry of Internal Affairs has drafted a bill that would prohibit the use of pyrotechnics within 100 meters of residential buildings, educational institutions, hospitals, and recreational areas, and introduce criminal penalties for severe violations.
