Mindaugas Sinkevičius Suggests Need to Replace Lithuanian Government Chancellor

Mindaugas Sinkevičius, proposed as Prime Minister by the new coalition in Lithuania, indicated that he would see a need to replace the current Government Chancellor, Eitvydas Bingelis, upon taking office.
