Mexican City Becomes War Zone After Cartel Leader's Death

The Mexican city of Jalisco became a war zone following the death of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as 'El Mencho', shortly after his arrest during a bloody armed conflict, with the Mexican president praising special forces for his capture.
