Mexican Alcoholic Beverage Industry Proposes IEPS Tax Reform

Mexico's alcoholic beverage industry (CIVyL) is proposing changes to the Special Tax on Production and Services (IEPS) to generate an additional 3.9 billion pesos, aiming to tax volume and alcohol content to combat excessive consumption and informality.
