Mercury-contaminated asphalt discovered in Penc, Hungary

After milling the road in Penc, Hungary, it was discovered that the asphalt was contaminated with mercury. Authorities are awaiting further lab results and official procedures before deciding when and where to transport the 550 tons of contaminated material.
