Matterhorn climbing discouraged due to heat-induced rockfall and melting ice

Zermatt mountain guides are advising against climbing the Matterhorn due to increased rockfall danger and the dramatic melting of one of the Alps' most famous ice walls, a direct consequence of rising temperatures.
