Maoist division active along Chhattisgarh-Odisha border offers to surrender

In a letter to the Chhattisgarh government, the division stated that 15 of its members are willing to join the mainstream and requested Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma to broadcast a message on radio guaranteeing their safety; Mr. Sharma has acknowledged receipt of the letter.
