Man Arrested in Novi Sad for Snatching Gold Necklaces from Elderly Women

Police in Novi Sad have arrested a 24-year-old man from Žabalj, D.Z., in connection with four aggravated thefts, including one attempted theft, where he snatched gold necklaces from elderly women.
