Man Accidentally Triggers Panic Alarm During Ranelagh Ice Cream Parlour Robbery Attempt

A 31-year-old man with 117 previous convictions, Carl McGuinness, accidentally set off a panic alarm while attempting to rob an ice cream parlour in Ranelagh and was later tracked by gardaí using a phone finder app on a stolen handset.
