M4.2 Earthquake Strikes Shizuoka, Japan

An earthquake with an estimated magnitude of 4.2 struck the central part of Shizuoka Prefecture at 12:36 PM on the 8th. The quake had a depth of 10 kilometers, and there is no concern for a tsunami.
