Lubinets to propose working group to new defense minister to reform Ukraine's mobilization system

Ukrainian Parliamentary Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets plans to propose that Ukraine's new defense minister establish a working group within the ministry to reform the mobilization system, saying he is personally ready to join its work.
