LP Gas Explosion Suspected at Aeon Mall Kumamoto

Following a large explosion at Aeon Mall Kumamoto in Kashima Town, Kumamoto Prefecture, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and other authorities investigated the site. They concluded that an LP gas explosion from the facility's supply is highly probable, as LP gas was used for cooking and water heating in restaurants.
