Low Voter Turnout from Diaspora Threatens Pro-Bosnian Bloc in RS

The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CIK BiH) has expressed concern over the alarmingly low registration rate for diaspora voters in the first month of registration for this year's General Elections, which could jeopardize the pro-Bosnian bloc in Republika Srpska.
