Loudest Animal Sound in Ocean Recorded from Sperm Whales
Male sperm whales produce incredibly loud and regular clicking sounds, considered the loudest animal noise ever measured in the ocean. These sounds, believed to be related to mating, can travel up to 70 kilometers under favorable conditions.
