Lithuanian Prosecutors Reopen Investigation into 'Samoškaitė's Pen'

The Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Vilnius Regional Prosecutor's Office has reopened a pre-trial investigation into the alleged illegal installation or use of technical means to collect information, specifically concerning a pen left by Samoškaitė.

Vilniaus apygardos prokuratūros vyriausiojo prokuroro pavaduotojas atnaujino ikiteisminį tyrimą dėl, įtariama, neteisėto techninių priemonių įrengimo ar panaudojimo informacijai rinkti (pagal Baudžiamojo kodekso 295 str.). Rašoma prokuratūros pranešime. Primename, kad buvo paskelbta, jog tušinukas priklauso žurnalistei Eglei Samoškaitei.
