Lithuanian PM-Designate Sinkevičius Proposes 'Cost' for Childlessness

Lithuanian Prime Minister-designate Sinkevičius has suggested initiating discussions on whether not having children should incur a 'cost.' He also stated that the head of the Audit Committee should be an opposition representative.
