Lithuanian PM Declines Comment on Ethics Decision Regarding Žemaitaitis
Lithuania's Prime Minister Inga Ruginienė has declined to comment on the Chief Official Ethics Commission's (VTEK) finding that Remigijus Žemaitaitis, chairman of the "Nemuno aušros" party, grossly violated the Law on Coordination of Public and Private Interests by leasing a car to his own party. She stated they should await the assessment of law enforcement institutions.
