Lithuanian Parliament Speaker Skeptical of State Pharmacy Plans
Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen, Speaker of the Lithuanian Parliament and leader of the Liberal Movement, expressed skepticism regarding the plans of the appointed Minister of Health, Linas Kukuraits, to establish hospital pharmacies. In her opinion, such a decision would not significantly reduce drug prices.
