Lithuanian Government Amends Defense Procurement Rules
The Lithuanian government has approved amendments to the Defense and Security Industry Law, proposing changes to the application of industrial cooperation. The threshold for industrial cooperation would be raised from €5 million to €20 million, with foreign suppliers' obligations calculated differently.
