Lisbon government accused of 'gross illegality' over unsigned contracts

Portugal's Socialist Party (PS) has accused the Lisbon government of 'gross illegality' regarding unsigned contracts for urban hygiene and green spaces for the second half of the year, warning that execution without proper contractualization could render them void.
