Lisbon City Council Criticized by PS for Drainage Plan Delays

The Socialist Party (PS) has criticized the Lisbon City Council for delays in the General Drainage Plan, which is now expected to be completed only by the end of 2029, with PS accusing Mayor Carlos Moedas of being unable to finish the project even in a second term.
