Level 4 Flood Warning Issued for Kyoto Rivers
The Kyoto Local Meteorological Observatory and Kyoto Prefecture have issued a Level 4 flood warning for the Kamo River and Takano River, part of the Yodo River system. Residents are advised to exercise extreme caution due to the risk of flooding.
