LDP and Ishin Jointly Submit Bill to Cut 45 Proportional Representation Seats in House of Representatives

The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and Nippon Ishin no Kai have jointly submitted a bill to the Diet that would reduce 45 proportional representation seats in the House of Representatives if no conclusion is reached within a year.
