Latvian Official Criticizes Public Preparedness for Recent Storm

Arvis Zīle, Head of Latvia's Crisis Management Centre, stated that some members of the public could have been better prepared for the aftermath of a recent storm. He made the comments during an interview with Latvian Radio on Monday, August 24.
