Laos Unable to Determine Cause of Tourist Deaths Linked to Methanol

Laos authorities have stated they cannot determine the cause of death for six tourists in 2024, despite high levels of methanol found in vodka, due to the absence of autopsies, leading to tightened travel advisories.
