Kyiv preparing to relocate 200,000 citizens in case of prolonged blackouts

Kyiv is preparing temporary accommodation for residents in the event of prolonged winter blackouts. More than 200,000 Kyiv residents have been included on relocation lists, while 2,000 have agreed to be temporarily relocated.
