Ninth air-raid warning in a day issued in Kyiv after drone debris lands in residential courtyard

An air-raid warning was issued in Kyiv for the ninth time on 18 August amid the threat of jet-powered drones. An explosion was heard in the city this evening, and the authorities reported that debris had landed in the courtyard of a residential building.
