Kumamoto Earthquake Death Toll Rises to 38, Over 8,500 Evacuated

As of 7:30 AM on the 3rd, the Kumamoto earthquake has resulted in 38 deaths, including those suspected of disaster-related causes, and 8,556 people have been evacuated to shelters.
