Kosovo Citizen Charged with Environmental Crimes in Montenegro
A 54-year-old Kosovo citizen has been charged with three environmental crimes in Bar, Montenegro, including illegal construction and land occupation. He is suspected of digging through an entire hill to gain access to the Adriatic Sea.
