Sutrikus Vilniaus atliekų rūšiavimo gamyklai, sprendimas gabenti nerūšiuotas atliekas į Kazokiškių sąvartyną sparčiai peraugo į dviejų savivaldybių konfliktą ir aplinkosauginę krizę, dėl kurios gali tekti skelbti ekstremalią situaciją valstybės lygiu. Pasidomėjome, ko dar trūksta, kad krizė būtų suvaldyta, o gyventojai galėtų lengviau atsikvėpti nuo kylančios oro taršos.
