Kittilä Case: Court of Appeal Reviews Misuse of Official Position

The Kittilä case, involving the misuse of official position in an old job selection, is being reviewed by the Court of Appeal. The District Court of Lapland had previously convicted seven Kittilä decision-makers, and the Court of Appeal will rule on the matter in August.
