Kenyan Schools Receive KSh 18.5 Billion, Still 28% Short on Capitation

Kenyan basic learning institutions have received KSh 18.5 billion in the latest disbursement, but this still leaves them with only 72 percent of the required capitation, falling 28 percent short.
