Kemerovo to deploy war veterans for truck screening, bans transit trucks

Kemerovo Governor Ilya Seredyuk announced that the city has banned transit trucks and will deploy war veterans to screen heavy vehicles entering the city. Access is now limited to trucks carrying waybills from Kemerovo-based companies.
