Kazakhstan Court Overturns Naftogaz Arbitration Award Against Gazprom

A court in Kazakhstan has overturned a $1.4 billion international arbitration award that would have allowed Ukraine’s Naftogaz to collect funds from Russia’s Gazprom. The Astana International Financial Centre had previously ruled in favor of Naftogaz.
