Kavadarci Resident Reports €3,200 Fraud

A 37-year-old man from Kavadarci, North Macedonia, reported to police that he was defrauded of 3,200 euros by an individual who promised to help with a family member's medical treatment. The alleged fraud took place between November 2025 and the time of the report.
