KPSC irregularities: K'taka govt suspends IAS officer facing probe
Karnataka government suspended IAS officer Gyanendra Kumar Gangwar due to KPSC recruitment irregularities. He is currently in CID custody as the agency investigates the commission's alleged wrongdoings. The Directorate of Enforcement is also conducting a separate investigation into the matter. Gangwar served as Controller of Examinations at KPSC during the period under scrutiny. His suspension is effective immediately pending further investigation by the CID.
