Japanese Education Minister Matsumoto Responds to Adultery Allegations

Japanese Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Matsumoto, stated he would review reports of an alleged affair with a woman and consider his response, after being questioned in the House of Representatives Committee on Education.
