Japanese Court Rules Vote Disparity in February Election Constitutional
The Okayama branch of the Hiroshima High Court has ruled that the maximum 2.1-times disparity in vote value during the February House of Representatives election is constitutional, dismissing a lawsuit that sought to nullify the election results.
