Italy Exceeds Home Care Targets for Elderly, But Hours Per Patient Decline

Italy has surpassed its Pnrr target for home care, now reaching 11.3% of over-65s compared to 5% pre-Covid. However, the annual hours of care per person have decreased from 18 to 15.
