Italy attributes Modena mass ramming to attacker's psychiatric distress
Italy's Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi has attributed the mass car ramming in Modena to the attacker's "psychiatric distress," stating there is no basis to suggest Islamist terrorism, though further investigations will be conducted.
